Made by Kathleen Quealy, our Pinot Gris has an earthy autumnal pear aroma followed by a palate of tropical fruits and spice. The richness of fruit is tempered by a lively apple acidity on the finish. This luscious wine will continue to develop richness and a fuller mouth feel.
Whole bunch pressed – slow temp controlled primary fermentation – 6 month lees integration – naturally settled, no filtration before bottling.
