Pinot Gris 2022

An autumnal pear and apple blossom aroma followed by a palate of exotic tropical fruits and spice. The richness of fruit is tempered by a lively apple acidity on the finish. This luscious wine will continue to develop richness and a fuller mouth feel.

Winemaker’s Notes:

Hand picked and whole bunch pressed – slow temp controlled primary fermentation – 7 month lees integration stirring occasionally to build texture – naturally settled, no filtration before bottling.
